Optum G2 is an advanced geotechnical analysis software that uses the Finite Element Method. This software allows engineers to simulate the behavior of soil and infrastructure structures under various loading and environmental conditions. One of the prominent features of Optum G2 is the use of the limit analysis method, which allows the determination of the bearing capacity of foundations quickly and accurately. This method provides greater confidence than traditional methods by calculating the upper and lower limits of the bearing capacity.
